Ashish Bhatt. President.

Previously, Ashish operated Alignment Acquisitions, a three-person business brokerage firm connecting sellers and buyers for the sale of businesses in the software and health care sectors. He has gained first-hand experience in the costliness of business development while with a start-up in the health care software industry. Ashish holds a BA in Economics and Mathematics from Amherst College.

Jeffrey Jones. Marketing

As a business attorney for 27 years, Jeff has worked on hundreds of business transactions, including over $100 million of business sales. In 2000, he was chosen to be the CEO of an international automotive supply company on the verge of bankruptcy. Under his control, the company was stabilized, cash flow returned, and the once worthless company was sold for over $28 million. Jeff serves as Adjunct Professor of Business and Business Law at three colleges in Tennessee.

Andrei Olariu. Technology

Andrei spent most of his career becoming an expert in financial/trading software with Goldman Sachs and General Re Financial Products. He worked on trading systems used by many leading investment banks in Tokyo. In 2005, Andrei started his own software development company, Nordlogic Software, which thrives today

Brett Suarez. Business Development.

With over 12 years of experience in sales, Brett has worked in inside and outside sales roles for IT reseller companies.  In his last employment, he grew his sales territory revenue 40% year after year for 4 consecutive years.  He currently operates an outsourcing sales firm, Infinet Marketing, that provides sales support to the IT, telecom, financial and manufacturing industries.
