Second Meetings

Problem:
Exhibitors will invest more in your expo if they can converse with more attendees post-expo, but attendees need a greater incentive to have the conversation.

No-Cost Solution:
Host a short post-expo Second Meeting, where each exhibitor has a series of phone calls of unspecified length with two types of attendees:

  1. Specific attendees the exhibitor selects. Based on the total length of their calls, the attendee receives a rebate on their registration fee (approximately $120/ hr of calling). The rebate is funded by the exhibitor, and you retain 20% of the exhibitor’s payment.
  2. Attendees whose badges the exhibitor scanned. These calls are free. Attendees would rather get all follow up calls in one shot than unscheduled interruptions.
