My call ended abruptly.: There are a few possible reasons. You or your your match may have disconnected the call or navigated away from the Event page. Alternately, your account balance may have fallen below zero.
I am not receiving new calls.: It is possible that the number of individuals with whom you may be paired is zero. Check this on your Event page. If that is the case, you can change your profile in order to be paired with more individuals.
What should I expect to get out of a Second Meeting event?: Second Meeting is the least expensive way to start a dialogue with buyers you want to speak with. During an event, expect to have many calls with prospective buyers who you select. Because you can end these calls at any time, they will last anywhere from a minute or less (for unqualified leads) to ten minutes or more (for qualified leads). With your qualified leads, you may wish to exchange contact information and arrange a another meeting after the event.
Is there a minimum charge per call?: The minimum charge per paid call is for 20 seconds at the Buyer’s rate.
Are the appointments scheduled in advance?: No. During an event, the system decides which Attendee to match with which Exhibitor based on which Attendees and Exhibitors are presently available and which are qualified to be paired.
Do many Exhibitors and Attendees need to be present in the event at the same time?: Yes. The event requires that registered Exhibitors and Attendees join the event, as described below, at the time of the event.
If an Exhibitor only wants to meet with a very small fraction of the Attendees in a Second Meeting, will the Exhibitor have a long wait between calls?: No, because those Attendees and Exhibitors who can be paired with the smallest number of event participants are given highest priority. As a result, wait times are short for all event participants.
Will I be paired with the same Attendee more than once?: No. Once an Attendee and Exhibitor are paired, they will not be paired again.
What happens if my account balance reaches $0?: If your account balance reaches $0, the Buyer will be notified that your account balance reached $0 and your call will be ended. You will not be placed on another call until you add funds to your account.
Do I pay for the time when I am waiting for a call to begin?: No, you only pay for the time beginning when your call is initiated and ending when your call ends.

Who are the Exhibitors who will be talking with me?: They are either Exhibitors who scan your badge at the expo or who help fund the rebate you will receive on your registration fee.
Isn’t listening to sales pitches a waste of my time?: Second Meeting events are a wonderful use of time. First, Second Meeting is unique because Exhibitors pay to spend time conversing with you. Therefore, they will use that time wisely, which means they will tell you only what you need to know, without any fanfare. You will learn things you didn’t know you needed to know. And if you are not enjoying a particular conversation, you can end it. Second, you will be paid a generous rebate for your time.
