We host post-expo Second Meetings, where exhibitors have a series of phone calls of open-ended length with attendees. Exhibitors pay per minute to speak with attendees they select, who receive registration fee rebates for lending their attention. Exhibitors speak for free with attendees whose badges they scanned at the expo.
A Second Meeting event can serve as a follow-up tool, occurring a week after your annual conference. Or, it can occur quarterly, helping maintain to maintain relationships year-round.

How It Works
Your Second Meeting will be customized to suit the needs of your membership. Essentially, there are three steps:
(1) Invitation. You send invitations to exhibitors and attendees.
(2) Registration. We load user data en masse, exhibitors and attendees edit their profiles, and exhibitors select which attendees they wish to pay to speak with.
(3) Event. For each of their calls, each participant is shownn the profile of the other party and receives a call bridging them with the other party.
